A way to stretch the online advertising dollars is to utilize CPA or Cost Per Action programs. It is difficult to perfectly target women and any other demographic, but when you combine CPA with your targeting you are utilizing the most efficient marketing techniques available and with CPA you are only paying for the ads that create the desired action.&#60;/p&#62;&lt;/p&gt;
